Processing Times:
Please allow 7-14 business days (Monday to Friday) for the processing of all pre-orders. Please note that holidays and weekends are excluded. Processing time may vary due to a high volume of orders or during the holiday season and can require up to 18 business days. It is important to understand that processing time is different from shipping time. For example, if you select two-day shipping when placing a pre-order, this does not mean your order will ship within two business days; it must still undergo the processing phase.

Order changes or cancellations are not permitted once your order has begun processing.
In some cases, our system may flag orders as fraudulent. Such orders will be immediately canceled and refunded. We may contact you for further information to verify your identity and validate the transaction, allowing you to retry the purchase subsequently.

All hair items are shipped via UPS and require a signature for delivery. We are not liable for any shipping costs associated with items returned by the carrier due to a lack of signature.

Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address and contact information. Once the carrier receives the package, Rosey Beauty will not be held responsible for any delayed packages, lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Returns/Exchanges:

The hair must remain in its original condition and packaging, with the seal unbroken. For public safety and hygiene reasons, items that have been used, brushed, or otherwise altered will not be eligible for exchange. Once your items have been received, we will notify you if it has been accepted or denied.
